Hello there. I'm a single woman who is employed full-time in a community development job with ACT education services. I am a healthy non-smoker and my fitness is based on walking and gardenning and simple diet.
I've enjoyed a couple of house/pet sitting opportunities since joining up on this site. They've included 6 weeks in Braddon, 6 weeks in Gungahlin, to 4 weeks in Deakin and most recently 8weeks in Holt. So far my households have been shared with a couple of gorgeous pussy cats; a pair of friendly schnoodle dogs, and a regular early morning walk with an energetic border collie as well as both vege gardens and flower gardens.
What else about myself:
I have a long and stable history of maintaining my own house on the NSW Central Coast with garden, pets and one son now studying at Uni. I know I would look after anyone else's home and pets with the same love and attention I do my own because I value that sense of belonging.
I am now available from mid October 2016 and working in the north of the ACT. house sitting seems like a good way to get to know different neighbourhoods across the ACT.
I believe I would be described as reliable, organized, flexible and warm-hearted. And I have my ACT-WWVP (Working With Vulnerable People) card and police checks.
