Retired, dual US/AUS citizens, recently (0ct 2019) sold our property near Kempsey NSW wanting to return to and explore Western Austalia (and more) over the next 5 years. Rodney is ex military/Telstra/Ericsson/senior NSW Rural Fire Service Brigade Officer and Sue is ex Teacher and Speech Therapist. Very comfortable with property, machinery and some animal responsibilities for the short or medium term. We will want to explore the local area, but happy to return to homebase. We are both cleared by NSW police/RFS and have working with children certs from NSW. Availability in Western Australia is Q2 and Q3 2020.
