Im a single semi retire man that has house sit many properties in the past. I love animals and have a respectful attitude towards people and their property. I can furnish references and if needs be a police check. I am a non smoker. I believe your word is your bond and if I agree to something I do it. I have house sat for friends and friends of friends and until recently have been in a long term sit for a property developer in Brisbane. I am personable and easy going and reliable.
