Hi there, I’m Akhil - I’m a switched on and highly responsible young adult. I moved to Sydney from Melbourne at the start of this year to continue building my healthcare business. I’ve successfully rented in share homes for the past year and a half and my parents are landlords/home owners so I understand the importance of home care and maintenance. I work very long hours between the office in St Leonard’s 2 days a week and home the 3 days. I don’t have any friends I catch up with in Sydney, I’m always home in mornings/evenings, I keep mostly indoors on weekends except for when I hit the gym. My girlfriend may come up from Melbourne every month or two, but overall, I enjoy keeping a clean and quiet space, and can be flexible with specific home maintenance requests (pets and plants are easy) - just let me know. Non-smoker/vaper, non-drinker
