While I new to house sitting I am no stranger to taking care if a home.
I have been in my current rental for nearly 8 years and the one pervous to that we lived in for almost 12 years.
Ive worked in hospitality most of my life as a cafe all rounder and whilefood Baker and worked my way up to management position by being reliable, responsible and trustworthy ( being entrusted to look after the business's money / banking and security such as opening and closing etc).
I am mature and clean living, dint smoke and rarely drink.
I absolutely adore cats and have adopted several rescue cats over the years. Dear old Buddha lived to be 16. My current kitty, Rahgi came to at just 4 weeks old and needed to be bottle fed and bathed etc) and has now grown into a sleek, energetic 6 month old. ( this is the kitty in my photos)
We have had plenty of pets over the years, having two sons. Cats, dogs, fish, mice.
Having a good friend who is a vet nurse has been an invaluable source help and information in caring for our pets.
I am generally quite calm in a crisis ( being a mum of two boys, prepares you for all sorts! )
My children are 31 and 12 yrs old and are choosing to stay at home while I go to Sydney for work at Keith Courtney's Kaleidoscope art installation. I worked at the Geelong season and enjoyed so much that when they asked me if I would like to work in Sydney I had to say yes!
In my spare time I like to do yoga, swim and walk and be in nature ,or the back yard as I love to garden and grow veggies and fruit when I can.
