Hi all,
A bit about ourselves. We have been married 40 years, have 3 grown up children and 6 beautiful grandchildren under 8. We ran our own Panel Beating Business for the last 38 years in Mackay (Blues Smash Repairs) Local now to the Sunshine Coast and have just travelled around Australia in our caravan for the last 5 years. We are genuine laid back aussies, who raised 3 kids, had 2 Labradors for nearly 30 years in total and three cats. My cat living, milo we did not want to put down as we were leaving Mackay so she has been homed to a lovely old 92yr lady in Brisbane. Both are happy. We love animals, especially hubby who homes all the strays that have come into our street in the last 10 years. We can give you unlimited amount of numbers to call here on the coast who can all vouch that we are caring human beings. We kept a possum box up in our only tree in our yard. Loved watching it grow and bring new babies and family to our home. We baby sit our grown up children's dogs whenever they go on holidays. A naughty beagle who tries to be a Houdini and a lovely little mastiff puppy. We are very community minded having organised Australia day BBQs, with tug of wars, thong throwing and toad races with our neighbours. We raised money for charities by doing things in our neighbourhood. I organised Million Paws walk, Cup Cake days for RSPCA which we are registered with them. Hubby loves pottering in the yard and I am a very keen gardener, having a beautiful tropical garden at home and 4 large herb gardens. Our aim is to travel and care for your home as our own. We both appreciate that it is a privilege to be entrusted with your home and will treat it as we would our own home. We own our our home with pool which we have had swimming pools for the last 30 years. You will be able to go away on your long earned holiday without any worry and know your home and animals are in very good care.
We are currently based on the Sunshine Coast and have been enjoying house and pet sitting. We intend to be here for at least the next two years. This means we can do multiple sits for you. Read more...
