Hello there,

I'm Anna and once upon a time my wonderful mother gave birth to me in good 'ol Germany. Well, now I have been living in and loving Australia for 8 years, am Resident and call it home. I am a happy and chatty person who enjoys making people laugh.
I am available to sit in Sydney 1.10.-7.10. And anywhere in NSW, VIC or TAS over Christmas/New Years.
I have cycled half around Australia and Germany to Kyrgystan and in Nepal. You can say I love cycling a lot. But what I love even more is dogs and animals in general.
I don't smoke, nor have I ever touched alcohol or any drug at all....well...ok I do sugar. Often in shape of cake and chocolate. 😜
In my free time I go for a bike ride, a run or hike, I knit socks or crochet, read a book, sing and cook, learn a language, hang on my phone or if there is a dog I would go for walks/ runs and with any animal who likes it I would spend time cuddling with or without a movie.

I am a quiet and calm person at home and I would be home a lot as I do need time to myself :-).

Last year I came riding down from Darwin, worked on a farm in Newdegate, where I was operating a header through the grain harvest. Then I went onto a bicycle trip through the south west of WA and back to the wheat in York, a quick house sit over Easter and cycle in Tassie and a flight home to visit family in Germany. I am now coming back to Sydney soon and will then work in NSW again.

Before cycling the world I lived in Mackay and did 15 house sits (from what I remember and can count now) with dogs, cats and birds. I can provide you with plenty references, if you like. No worries, just ask, I understand. I basically went from house sit to house sit, because word of mouth kept handing me over. I miss that now. I have sat with quiet some beautiful cats and a crazy and amazing cockatoo as well as a happy birthday whistling cockateel as well. I am crazy about dogs but will have my heart full of love for any animal.

I used to foster dogs with ARQ for a little while, which was when I had lived in a rental in Mackay.
I will stay in touch with updates, if you feel worried and of course I treat your belongings with respect.
