Single non-smoking female with full time work. I will leave a very small footprint on your home.
Happy to look after animals, as long as they are okay during work hours (normally 7-3 but can be flexible) and do gardening.
I am happy to be rural, I lived on a 96acre bush block with an off-grid home near Kendenup for 16 years, so am used to solar, wood fires, rainwater, generators etc.
I'm having a bathroom renovation done and although I can stay with family, it would be good to have somewhere of my own for some of the time. Reno due to start just after Easter, may take 3-4 weeks. So if you need a place looked after in the Bunbury region at this time please let me know.
I am also looking for somewhere in the Albany area whilst I am there for work (Dept Justice) from 8 June to 23 July. I have friends to stay with, but as everyone needs their own space from time to time, thought it would be worth checking out some options for some of the time.
Albany would be ideal, but anywhere out towards Denmark or Mount Barker also good.
Also happy to do the odd weekend city break in Perth.
