I am a Real Estate Agent and love my job with a passion. I have 3 adult children who all live away from home. I purchased a property off plan in Armadale and it was suppose to be complete in December 2017. However, the developers made some changes to the top floor and now they are in dispute with Stonington Council, going to VCAT April... Going to be long drawn out process and I am left homeless LOL as I sold my property in St Kilda East which settles this month! I can't rent as I'm not sure of the period of time this process will take it may be short it may not. So here I am ready and able to sit your home! Hope to hear from you.. PS I'm clean and tidy. My occupation allows me to work from home as it most of the time calls and emails to my client with some client appointments and open home inspections on Saturdays. On this day I am out for at least 5 hours.
