Hi, I am a honest, 35yo hard working person that still teaches after 13 years and work in the events industry and known well in the industry for my ethics and morals and run my own business too.

I share the care of my two children 8 &13. They do live with me 50% of the time often out at sport etc, and attend a local private catholic school.

I manage event venues and properties that people can hire and understand the value of looking after a property.

I also enjoy travelling and have owned my own homes , since 20.... And understand how nervous renting your home can make you feel or someone to cuddle and feed your loved animal family members.

Happy to provide a police report and discuss your requirements to see if will suit both parties.
