I am a looking for a house to sit in Canberra from early April until anytime really. I am very flexible as I have just sold my house in Hall and have decided to be a bit of a free spirit for a while and not own anything!
I am trustworthy (ACT Government Public servant, I am also a lawyer - although am well aware of the jokes about lawyers and trust!). I don't smoke.
I also have a first degree in Agricultural Science and grew up on a large wholesale/retail nursery in Sydney so am well qualified to take care of your garden! I also used to breed and compete in sheep-dog trials (an earlier stage of life) and so am experienced looking after dogs.
I have a 19 year old daughter who lives with me - she is very sensible (second year Bachelor of Nursing student at the Australian Catholic University).
I am happy to provide referees or any other documentation you might require.
