We are an active, mature, non-smoking, fully vaccinated couple living in our own home in Black Rock, Victoria with our rescue kelpie Bonnie and Abyssinian Soli.

Belinda retired end 2021 after 7 years as a Veterinarian followed by 19 years at Johnson and Johnson - so you can be sure your pets will receive the best of care. Andrew works from home as a full time contractor to the Federal Government.

Our circumstances now allow us to do more travel. We have used house sitters ourselves in the past so thought we would pay it forward and help other people to leave home, feeling safe in the knowledge that their home and pets will be well loved and cared for.

We spent 3 months in Queensland from June to Aug last year housesitting and plan to do the same in 2023. You can see our reviews on this site as well as Mindahome.

We are very active and enjoy walking, running, cycling, swimming and surfing, so if your fur babies need exercise - no problems :-)

Being retired Belinda will have plenty of spare time to care for your pets and home and Andrew is very handy so can take care of any small jobs needed around the house.
We live a quiet life so would spend a lot of time at home.

We plan to be in Queensland/Northern NSW from June to start of September so would be interested to combine renting with housesits – preferably close to the coast.

We will be traveling with our kelpie Bonnie who is 6 years old and loves to sleep all day (after her morning walk). She is easy going and was great with the 4 dogs and 1 cat we house sat in 2022.
