I am a self-employed professional, looking to house-sit for short- or long-term periods, in the Brisbane/Ipswich area.
I have spent many years renting, and have always treated every property with care and consideration. I am clean, neat and tidy, and consider myself honest and responsible. I uphold others' privacy, and always treat people with respect.

I am friendly and easy-going, and play well with others. Non-smoker, social drinker. I like live music. I like pets, and get on well with cats and dogs - with perhaps a special affinity with cats.

I have years of experience with property and garden maintenance, and experience at maintaining swimming pools (incl. saltwater chlorinators). I have building and DIY skills, and can carry out home maintenance tasks easily and successfully.

I work in a technologically-dependent area and have my own computer equipment and mobile broadband. This allows me to be flexible, and I can work from home when it suits.

I have character references and have passed AFP checks to hold a 'Restricted' security clearance for the Australian Government / Department of Defence. I have a current police clearance (June 2015), and a current open drivers licence.
