Since retiring, I have spent considerable time travelling. I would like to be able to travel around Australia for about 6 months per year, and think this would be a very rewarding way to see more of Australia. I have owned , bred, showed and trained dogs for 40 years, the same with cats, so am very familiar with small animal care.
I am an excellent housekeeper.
I enjoy walking, as my German Shepherds, who are cared for by my friend with whom I share the hobby of dog showing and breeding, require walking of up to 5 km per day.
I travel with 2 whippets who are crate trained for sleeping and travelling. They are pet friendly- live with cats.
I enjoy gardening, reading, quilting and love to get away , relax and spend time enjoying my animals and handcrafts.
