Hello, and thank you for looking at my profile,

I am a non-smoking, non drinking, reasonably active, kind, calm, caring, gentle human. I am a single mumma to two very magical human beings, 11 year old animal whisperer, and a 14 year old DnD master coding genius! My daughter may like to come with me if she is welcome, but my son would most probably want to stay at home with his dad. My daughter is so gentle and quiet, and amazing with all animals, they love her and she loves them.

I spend majority of my time nurturing these two beautiful humans, to give them the best introduction into life they can have. Our days include cooking and crafting, being present with each other, music lessons, circus and swimming lessons. My 14 year old has just entered year 9, and my 11 year old is a non schooler and with me full time.

I myself work the occasional jobs in hospitality or early childhood education, but identifying as someone with AuDHD, I have a tendency to choose a frugal existence as many opportunities don’t align with my family values of making myself as available to my children as I believe is best. I am also a singer and piano player. Having moved away from holding a job, my calendar has opened up to being able to start to explore this beautiful country; and to hopefully find my purpose and calling along the way. I am ready to break free from the grind, and would love to do that by doing what I am good at, taking care of others.

I would love to explore the east coast (or south coast as my NSW family call it) as I believe at some point in the not to distance future I need to live by the ocean. I recently did the 9.5k hike from Wallagoot gap to Tathra, it was lovely!

I have completed house sitting over the years, and have always left houses in the condition I found them in, or cleaner as I ran my own residential cleaning business for a time and cleaning is my gardening. I find it very therapeutic. I have experience with cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, having owned all of them throughout my life. I also have pet minding experience with Donkeys, they were fun!

I will always take the utmost care of peoples animals and homes, plants and gardens. I thrive on the responsibility of being accountable to others, it’s where I feel the most in my element.

I’m not getting taken up on my offers to house sit because I don’t have any reviews, but I cannot get reviews if I don’t get any house sits. Please know I have house sat before, I am just new to this group. I have a police check and a WWCC. I am a good person, and I long to be by the ocean. I am stuck in Castlemaine until my children finish school, so this is my attempt to give myself some reprieve from living somewhere I do not want to. Castlemaine is a beautiful town.
