Looking for NSW (Newcastle area) over the Christmas period 2022.

I'm an animal lover who has always had pets in my life, growing up with a dog, cats, budgies and a duck.
As an adult with my own family we have always had dogs as part of our lives, and at different times a couple of budgies.
I love to read, swim, garden and cook, I love nature and bush walking and when it is possible enjoy travel and meeting new people. I also enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.
I have house sat for friends, on occasion and have experience with dogs of all ages, cats and chickens.
I am an ex nurse/midwife and live with my husband, Rod and our 3 year old miniature schnauzer, Phoebe in Perth WA. I am a non smoker, in good health.
I am house proud and very happy to keep your home clean and tidy and being a homeowner have no issues with looking after a home and understand what that entails, looking after house plants, security etc.
CHRISTMAS 2022
I am looking for a house sit for approx 14 days including over Christmas 2022 in the Mt Hutton /Warners Bay area NSW. I will be in the area to visit my elderly my parents, And ideally would like the use of a car.
I am available to house sit for approx 2 weeks, (Flexible with dates)after which I will be returning to Perth.
My parents lived in Valentine for 10 years prior to Mt Hutton and I have spent holiday/family time here over the years so have some familiarity with the area.

I have a police clearance.
My Covid vaccinations and boosters are up to date
