Hi, John and Margaret we are retired professionals from Cairns who are honest and reliable . We would be described as quiet couple with extensive experience with all types of animals, experienced with pool maintenance, garden care and general handyman maintenance. I am a retired School Principal and have worked for the Queensland Government, my wife Margaret has worked in Child Care and also for the Queensland Government as a librarian. We are always looking for a house sit as we travel, we both love animals and gardening, above all we are honest, caring and respectful of peoples property, look after things as if they are our own, very clean and tidy and are non smokers. We had two beautiful Border Collies from pups who reached the age of thirteen years. We both love gardening and owned a large property which included many beautiful gardens before downsizing to a unit enabling us to travel.
I have an extensive knowledge of building and minor repairs if needed, knowledge of maintaining a swimming pool, healthy care of all farm animals and general maintenance and mowing. References available if required.
