I am a 31 y/o professional woman living in Canberra. I have been in the rental market for 10 years both as a student and full-time professional. House sitting appeals to me as it gives me the opportunity to avoid share house arrangements and save on rent (perhaps for a deposit on my own home). I also love animals but am not in the position to have my own at this stage, so minding your pets while you're away would be my absolute pleasure.

I underwent surgery late last year, so I am unable to run with dogs at this stage. However enjoy keeping active and would very much enjoy a daily dog walk.

As an animal lover, I have often been a house-sitter for friends in the past, looking after their pets and gardens while they're away on holidays.

I am a non-smoker and am not the partying type - I understand that your home, garden and pets are precious to you and will take care of them as if they were my own.
