I am a single male with no dependants, as my daughter in the photo is now 18. I have years of experience as a Caretaker for a school camp ground on the Sunshine Coast. I looked after Uni Central for 18 months from 2012. I have a Certificate 3 in cleaning. Going back to 1999 I won second, in the Carnival of Flowers gardening competition. I am fastidious in all I do you will see a marked difference at your place, when you return home.
