My name is David ...

I know how important it is to feel a connection with whoever you are selectingt & entrusting with the safety and welfare of your home and any Family Pets/ or/& livestock.
And, I understand how finding the right Home Sitter can be stressful, so am always keen to meet before you make your choice.

I aim to be clear, concise, and accurate, in any arrangements that I make, so you as an Owner, can feel relaxed and confident with your arrangements.

I would love the opportunity to look after everything, whilst you are away. I own my own home and enjoy having a change of scenery and looking after the Homes and Pets/Livestock, of others.

Throughout my life, I have had much-loved pets and a variety of livestock, including a Cattle Farm.

I am honest. good-natured, calm, flexible, adaptable, and a healthy non-smoker.
In addition to a Blue Card, I have a current Police Clearance, dated 27th April 2023,
and a full clean Driving Licence.

I aim to leave gaps between House Minding arrangements, to endeavor to be available, in emergencies, when homeowners are somehow 'return delayed'.

As a homeowner, I too have, in the past, had the pleasure and benefit of trustworthy home minders, especially when our Children were small, and we left our Home and Pets in their Care; therefore, understand how important it is to have the right person looking after things.

When you leave somebody to care for your Home (and Pets or Livestock), you need to be confident that any Mind-A-Home Carer will take the same sort of care that you would, and have the right attitude in order to use good judgment, to take appropriate action, in the event of any sort of emergency; and importantly will not be wasteful of precious resources like equipment, gas, & electricity.

I know how important it is that one's House Sitter is responsible, conscientious, and caring and is adaptable enough to handle any unplanned events dealt with appropriately and abide by your individual standards.

I am suitably qualified in all the above respects and value messages expressing post-Home-sit satisfaction.

If you entrust me with your Home (and much loved Pets/Livestock) I shall conscientiously ensure that they are as well tended and cared for as you desire.
