Hello! My name is Rhiannon and I am a 30 year old senior secondary school teacher in Melbourne. I currently live in Brunswick and would love to be considered for some house sitting opportunities :) I live with my partner, Leigh (31), a primary school teacher who works in the inner north of Melbourne, and our two puppies, Teddy and Poppy.

A little about us from a personality perspective: we are organised (have to be as teachers!), caring, responsible, friendly and understand the importance of pets and how precious they are to their owners. I grew up on a farm and so have been around animals my entire life and Leigh’s family has always owned dogs. Basically, we’ve grown up with pets - we know what they need to be healthy and happy!

We also understand, being homeowners ourselves, just how important it is for homeowners to feel that their home is being left in safe and secure hands. We are non-smoking, environmentally friendly, and respect the privacy of anyone we house-sit for. We are also willing to meet up for a coffee and a chat beforehand to discuss the house sit and any special requirements.

We are more than happy to provide house-sitting references and as we are both registered Victorian teachers, we come complete with current police checks :)

As a side note, we are not expecting that our puppies come with us while house sitting unless it is permitted - for longer house sits, our dogs would go to the farm with my parents, and for shorter stays, they would stay with Leigh’s parents and be spoilt like crazy :)
