We're a friendly married couple We believe that you know your property and pets the best and specialise in looking after them in the way that you would like. We are very reliable, conscientious and security minded. We take pride in cleaning your home to a high standard before we leave.

We are both non-smokers.

Most recently we have been volunteering and working in remote nature reserves as caretakers / conservation managers. These placements are gained by very competitive interview based on practical maintenance skills and common sense.

Adam and I love being helpful and prefer to travel slowly and experience new places properly. House sitting fits the bill perfectly and gives us the chance to enjoy your home and animals whilst helping you too.

We have owned two happy cats as well as guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, mice, fish and a snake. We have cat, dog and pet sat extensively for friends and neighbours. We are keen walkers so the dogs will get the right amount of exercise! We also love an evening in with a friendly cat and / or dog to stroke - .preferably both. We have looked after goats, chickens (including young chicks), ducks, budgies and a canary. We love sheep and alpacas and would be really to keen to sit for these animals at some time. Adam has a bit of experience with horses, so would be happy with looking after them. We like to ensure that pets are happy during our stay. As part of our conservation work, we have handled and cared for a wide range of unusual animals including reptiles, small mammals, frogs and, on one memorable occasion, a platypus!

We have owned and renovated three homes and gardens. Adam can literally fix nearly anything after checking with you. We have gardened in more extreme locations - desert to sub antarctic islands -than Ray Mears as well as the more normal gardening environments of Bristol, Melbourne and Sydney. Our extensive caretaking experience is in national parks, islands, heritage sites and nature reserves in Australia. This includes three well polished lighthouses and 2 million shearwaters!
