We are a mature, responsible, non-smoking retired professional couple who have recently relocated back to South Australia from Yamba NSW. We are currently building a house on Hindmarsh Island and are looking to house sit whilst it is completed. We immigrated to Australia in 1988 and spent 27 wonderful years living in Adelaide, then retired to Yamba NSW 11 years ago. Both our sons and grandchild are now in Adelaide and hence our reason to return.
We have loved our homes, animals and gardens and are very particular about their care and maintenance – qualities we would bring to your home. We enjoy being home bodies and are happy reading a good book with pets for company. We are also active caravanners and bushwalkers who have travelled extensively both in Australia and abroad.
We both volunteered for Landcare and Clarence Valley Council (work in the library delivering books to the elderly and disabled and delivering for Meals on Wheels) so have had police checks done for these volunteer positions. Whilst in Adelaide Ed volunteered for the Red Cross and drove clients to the hospital and medical appointments.
We are currently staying with one or our sons in Adelaide.
We have a much loved, well behaved and socialised 9 year old staffy.
We have both been double vaccinated and had our booster shots.

Ed and Lorna looked after out house and pets (two dogs and six chooks) in July 2017. They were the best house sitters we have ever had - the house was spotless on our return and our pets were well and happy.
