Hi, we are Sue & Dave, originally from Brisbane, retired resort managers from Noosa, Australia, currently house sitting and traveling around the world.

We are non-smoking, genuine & experienced carers of domestic pets as well as confident & capable property managers.

We have current Australian Criminal Check certificates, available upon request.

Since July 2015 we've been helping home owners by looking after over 25 homes, cared for and nurtured 20 dogs, 22 cats, an aviary of birds, around 40 fish, a handful of chooks and a chinchilla in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe and SE Asia.

With our 4 children now living their own established lives we decided to pack up our home to go out and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of traveling wherever we choose.

We have great affection for animals and love being around them. Staying in a home with pets gives us great joy. We enjoy the opportunity to provide care & comfort for animals and peace of mind to home owners, that their pets and home will be very well protected and loved while away.

When we travel we prefer to stay in the one place for a while so we can more thoroughly connect with the spirit and culture of the local neighbourhood. Preparing our own meals is really important to us as we both love healthy food and spending time in the kitchen and around the home.

We're very fortunate to have the opportunity and flexibility to travel wherever and whenever we want and we have the option to relocate at short notice.

We've both spent our lives with pets and we’ve had plenty of house sitting experiences in a variety of situations.

Being homeowners ourselves we fully appreciate the responsibilities of caring for other peoples’ pets and properties. We are very considerate and respectful of the homes we look after, and keep the properties clean and well maintained.

Having worked in luxury accommodation/hospitality businesses and managing a quality Noosa holiday resort for some time, we've had many interesting and challenging experiences, dealing with all kinds of people, events (crises) and property maintenance issues. This means we have the confidence and experience to deal with whatever comes our way.

We've chosen to live our brilliant nomadic lifestyle around traveling and house sitting wherever adventure takes us. Our needs are simple: a clean, comfortable and safe home with animals to love and spend time with. Oh, and good internet. Read more...
