I'm an American yoga teacher based in Adelaide. I would be very mindful of your space and care for it well. My work teaching yoga provides me with a very relaxed schedule, and therefore your pets (if you have them!) will not have long periods of time without company. I have previous sitting experience in the USA, and have looked after dogs, cats and gardens. I am responsible, tidy, non-smoker with an active lifestyle (bring on the dog walks!). I am able to provide personal/professional references if needed.
