Hi. I’m Clare and I am an active 51 year old.

I love all animals, particularly dogs and cats. I have had pets my whole life, from British Staffies to Labradors, Siamese Tabbies to Russian Blues, and I am now in a position where I can care for yours instead.

I am an experienced animal attendant volunteer, caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. In addition to this, six months ago, I started working at Victoria’s most prominent animal welfare organisation (for which I was police checked), currently on a couple/few (day) shifts a week. I have also just commenced a Certificate III in Animal studies, specialising in animal care.

When I am not working, I like to walk, read, do word puzzles, garden and chill.

I am neat and tidy, a non-smoker, and not one for loud parties.

It might sound boring to some but my ideal evening is chilling on the sofa with a furry friend and a good movie or book. If your fur babies like to sleep on the bed, that’s fine with me.

I am house-sitting to gain more experience caring for a variety of animals and to help prepare my future in not for profit and animal welfare.
