Firstly, I respect the privilege of being in your home and caring for your animals as an experienced house/pet sitter and am used to (thankfully not often!) animal medical emergencies and dealing with vets to ensure the pet is safe and not at risk.
I’m also used to caring for pets with anxiety and medication requirements.
I have a lot of repeat sits & recommended by current homeowners for their friends.
I have recently (April 2024 & again November ‘24 ) had the pleasure of caring for Axl (German Shepherd 14yo) who is deaf & Heidi is beautiful who was pregnant (and had 11 pups!)
I have a strict boundary of not inviting any guest into your home unless you give prior permission of your own volition (if it did occur it would just be low-level with a couple of pals and for a couple of hours.) It is important that I communicate promptly and clearly.
I’m a non-smoker, fit & healthy and run my online health training business which means I’m at home a lot for furbie cuddles, play and company:)
I send regular photo/video updates to reassure you that all is going well!
My regular repeat home/pet owners trust me implicitly.
I will treat your home as you would expect,which also means how I present, myself, respect of your home and your neighbours. Honesty and integrity is paramount for me with home/pet owners.
In the past 3 years I have completed house/furbie/fin sits throughout WA and in Darwin, several UK sits (October 2024 my 2nd sit for the homeowner), Italy in August’22- March '23 which was an amazing experience!
I have an excellent 5-star ratings/reviews (on this and the other major housesitting site TH... under the same profile name)and I have built a well established portfolio of fantastic house/ pet sitting experience meeting so many beatutiful animals and lovely home/pet parents!!
I am now at a point where I am re-contacted regularly to house/ pet sit via recommendations and recurring requests from home/ pet owners.
This for me is indicative of their trust in me in how I have cared for their animals and home. I am adept with caring for anxious pets, high energy dogs ( this works well with my running!) and on many occasions administered oral medication to pets. I sent regular pictures and videos to pet parents of their furbies to put their minds at rest.
I am healthy and have a wealth of great life experience, both professionally and personally ( global travel, children, family, friends, career in health & education).
I care for, and love all animals having been brought up with them all my life.
My outlook on life is pragmatically positive, seeing the humour in life and adhering to responsibilities.
I both hold current and clear National Police checks along with excellent & genuine references (referees willing to chat by phone).
This is my exciting next chapter in life,where I bring my positive and respectful values, clean-living, love of the Australian way of life, love of animals and a sense of adventure.
I am a keen gardener, nurturer of home-grown foods/veggie patches. I can turn my hand to mowing, cleaning and bits of maintenance.
I have both have a lifetime of experience caring for and owning animals.
I have travelled around metro, regional and remote Australia over the years with my work which has given me both great exposure to various needs of people, living and expectations.
I like to meet with the home owners ,and meet your precious animals in person prior to us agreeing on the sit; this allows us to see if it a good fit, and of course if your animals are comfortable with me, as I am with them!
