I am a non smoking, mature age student, studying nursing in the ACT. I am waiting on a property settlement from the family home near Cooma and would very much love to make the 'move' north before this is finalised. I am flexible with dates and my children are grown up. I come from a small farm so have plenty of experience with all shape and sized animals. I am a house proud person and would treat your home as I would my own, with love and care. I also have lots of experience in the garden, so if you have a garden, this too would not be an issue.
