We are a clean, tidy and responsible couple, with Cheryl mid fifties and Roger 61. We recently sold our management rights for an apartment complex in Spring Hill, comprising both short term serviced apartments and permanent rental apartments which we managed for the investing owners. We are very capable of looking after any type of property , are experienced with looking after swimming pools, spas, and gardens, and we love pets.
With the sale of our management rights we also sold our apartment in the complex , since which time we have been travelling extensively in Africa and returned to New Zealand so we could spend our first Xmas in 8 years with friends and family there.
Since returning to Queensland mid January 2017 we have completed several house and pets sits and some relief apartment management.
Prior to coming to Queensland 8 years ago Roger was a Bank Manager for 22 years and Cheryl a Pharmacy Technician and Shop Manager in a busy Pharmacy in Timaru for 18 years. We always owned our own house and always had cats while in NZ, but with living in apartment complexes in Brisbane CBD we were unable to own pets, which we have certainly missed.
All owners can be well assured that their property and pets would be very well looked after in their absence when we are house sitting for them.
