More information about this house sitter

We are a practical, mature, conscientious, couple of semi-retired Kiwis; Charles is a teacher and Annette a nurse. Until very recently, before selling to move to Australia, we had a lifestyle farm in Wairarapa, NZ, where we also provided Bed & Breakfast accommodation during the summer months.
After many years of raising families, careers, and lifestyle farming, we are ready for new adventures. We have family in Thrumster near Port Macquarie so are looking for house sits within approximately 40 minute drive.
We have experience house sitting in NZ and Australia and have had house sitters in our home in NZ, so appreciate the situation from a home owners perspective also.
We are non smokers, enjoy a wine occasionally in the evening, are healthy, reliable, clean and tidy living. We are conscientious and will care for any property and animals as if they were our own. We enjoy having animals, hence our farmlet, and have experience with a range of domestic animals; also happy to do light gardening, lawns, property maintenance and security.
We have references and police checks available.
