Hello, we have looking to purchase our own rural property in Mackay region for 2 months now after selling our own property and shifting here for work and climate.
Have been in an Apartment living at Pacific Sands but tourist season dramatic increases has us forced to look elsewhere.
Not far off with the rural property found but working in with current owners work commitments.
We are honest, clean living, quiet, responsible middle age non smokers with employment at Mackay Hospital in Management and myself (Brett) working online.
We love and miss animals and like to maintain good gardens and cleanliness. Not into parties, being loud or excess drinking etc.
We will commit to timeframe agreed as we have morals and understand a house owners concerns having owned rentals ourselves.
Can safely and confidently look after any property from a house block to Farm size.
Would love to meet owners and their pets/stock well beforehand for conversation and confidence on desicions both ways.
