We appreciate a well maintained property as we previously owned a 16 acre property in Gippsland with sheep ,dogs,peacock,cat and a friendly Echidna with the occasional snake. Experience with ride on mowers slasher and tractor. Maintaing a garden would not be a problem as this what we are accustomed to. Experienced with pool maintenance
