My wife and I have returned to Australia after a 25 year absence living overseas because of our 2 adult children. Now that they have both left home and returned to Australia, so have we so that we can see them more often. we love pets and are good with animals. We are very clean and tidy people, and when we have rented, we have always left the house in the same condition that we found it.
