Hi there, we are a young minded retired couple. David is a former business manager and I’m a very recently retired Contracts Administrator. We've been housesitting in an informal way for family and their friends for many years and have had so many positive experiences looking after their beautiful homes, their loved animals, some little gardens and some very large properties too.

We are both in our sixties, fit, healthy and happily married to our best friend. We are non- smokers, fastidiously house proud, and we have owned a menagerie of our own pets, dogs (Molly and Ash) cats (Dusty and Silky), horse (Palo) plus a large bird Avery.

We love travelling and the outdoors but curling up with a good book or watching a movie while cuddling your fur babies is always special. Being around your home always provides instant home security and gives you peace of mind knowing your mail is being collected and your bins are put out on the correct day.

We have previously lived and worked in both rural areas and cities in Australia, UK and the USA. Our beautiful home is on the Clarence River in a small village of 200 people, so the country stillness and peace is not a stranger to us.
Having renovated many homes David is a brilliant handyman and loves nothing more than seeing that dripping taps stop when turned off and foxes reside on the outside of your chook pens.
When housesitting rural properties we can bring Morrison, our 14ft caravan, although living in your home and caring for your pets day and night is preferable.

We are very comfortable dealing with a large number of animals, or pets that are big and boisterous. Updating you with photos or videos of your pets and property is a nice touch and something we’re very happy to do while you’re away.
Some of our hobbies and interests include laughing, walking, dancing, watching movies and enjoying an occasional glass of red wine.

We look forward to building a long term relationship with you and your pets.
