More information about this house sitter

Hi,

Me and my partner (27 and 32) are currently travelling around the world. We are looking to move to Australia in the future, as we love it - having been several times!

We are looking for housesitting mainly to get a good idea of what its like to live in Australia and also because we absolutely love pets - we can't have any at home due to being in a flat! I've been bought up with dogs - my parents have two very active and bouncy setters (ones a redsetter, the other a gorden setter).

We are both fairly outgoing people - who love to travel! My career/job role is a Speech Pathologist and my partner is a manager for a Timber Company. We have been saving for several months to make sure we have the funds to live/travel around Australia and NZ.

Interests: we LOVE our food - we love to try new things and experiences! We love being in the sunshine and having days of exploring, as well as relaxing! We love long walks and animals - dogs are our favourite!

We are currently signed up with borrowmydoggy - a website in the UK where you borrow dogs to take out on walks or just to play with! We currently take out 2 golden retrievers and have a good relationship with the owner - she really trusts us and sometimes we take them for half a day to take them further afield.

We are both fit and active young individuals - we love going on walks and I regularly attend the gym back home - not so much now we are travelling!

We have successfully complete several housesits in Australia already and obviously we can provide police checks and references.
Recently, we looked after my parents two redsetters and house sat for them for 2 months back in the UK whilst they travelled (they've just retired) - we loved it!
We would not be working in our time in Australia so we could definitely devote all our time to your house/pets!
My parents dogs are very bouncy and active (and naughty) - they often pull on the lead/don't come back when called - so we are very used to lovely but cheeky/naughty dogs that can be challenging!

**UPDATE: We are in Western Australia between the periods of late March to May 2018 and would love to hear of any housesits during this period!!

Thank you :)
