Semi-retired professionals both 60 and recently finished a couple of years out to travel around Australia in our camper trailer. (See theroadunravelled on instagram.) Both UK born and have travelled/lived in several countries. Lived in Perth for 15 years then Adelaide for 5 years. Left Adelaide mid December 2020 and back in Adelaide 2022 for work.
Housesat 2yr old dog in Henley Beach December 2022 for 2 weeks. Previously (July to October 2022) looked after a 4 bedroom home, garden and pool in central Queensland. Last year house-sat 2 aging german shepherds for 2 weeks near the Sunshine Coast. We sold our own 4 bedroom home in Carine, Perth a couple of years ago.
We both love animals and they seem to like us too. We have had many dogs (and pups), cats, and fish (aquarium) at home between us in the past. Have looked after a friends minature schnauzer for a few weeks. Have had chickens and chick's. My husband had an African grey bird for many years.
Steve is a keen photographer and I am learning the ukulele. We enjoy outdoors, fishing, wildlife, camping, walking and kayaking.
