Hi there Ern here . Silver haired Gentleman / Grey nomad , Jack of all trades. Had my own home for 28yrs , so am familiar with the pro, an cons. My believes is Your Home , Your Rules. To be followed , I have a caravan and 4x4 , Happy to stay in my caravan if needed. My late wife was a dog trainer ,so am sure that some of her rubbed off
