I spent the first 25 years of my life running a family farm and leased land in Victoria, running sheep, cattle, cropping and irrigation. I love animals know how to care for houses and gardens. I have developed over 150 acres of spray irrigation so watering gardens and looking after plants is a breeze.

I have a Fabric Structure business which I am winding down after more than a decade, and I am building up a communications and creativity business at present. I have been a mentor and coach to the TEDx JCU Cairns speakers for the last six years, since its inception.

I presently volunteer at the local business incubator in Cairns, theSPACE helping entrepreneurs and business people with their communication skills.

I run communication and creativity workshops and coaching from here, plus I work with corporate clients improving profitability through clear communication. I do much of my work online, so provided there is internet connection capability I am happy.

I came to Cairns twenty years ago to run an environmental business. I know the local climate and conditions. I have a Landcruiser 4 door ute so getting rid of the rubbish is not a problem.

At present I am looking to take my time to purchase a house and am happy to look after others in the meantime. Read more...
