Dear Home Owner,

I am a mature, non smoker and have done two years of successful house sitting. I am semi-retired, but still very active and healthy.

I have a small weather board house in country Victoria, that is currently tenanted. As such I understand the importance of taking constant care of a house and garden.

I LOVE gardening, LOVE pets, and have taken care of dogs, cats, birds, chooks, a flock of geese, wild birds, possums, alpacas and a huge pig on my house sits. I also do all duties associated with pets like feeding, bathing, brushing, walking, cuddling, cleaning cat litter & dog poop, medication and flea treatment. House duties like cleaning, garden up-keep, bins out, post collection, to mention a few.

My house sits in the Melbourne area included taking care of a lovely cat and dog in a townhouse in Maribyrnong and two very boisterous dogs in Taylors Lakes. A previous home owner recently asked me to house sit for him again this year while he travels to WA for 3 months. I recently completed a house sit, caring for a lovely staffy and foxie in Kensington, while the home owners were visiting family in Perth to show off their new baby son. They are now happy to be a reference for future home owners. Another house sit in Kalorama was also successful, and the owners Bev and Ron are also happy to give a reference. I also cared for a property in Rowville, and got to walk 3 lovely collies every day! We loved it!

I also house sat in Stawell near the Grampians, and Newlands Arm near Bairnsdale.

I am neat and tidy, and love long distance running. This keeps me very fit and active, and most dogs love joining me for a run or walk!

All of the above makes me an excellent candidate to house sit for you! I have a current Police clearance certificate, Working with children check, current first Aid certificate and multiple references who will be happy to talk to you.

I will be happy to meet with you, when you are available, to help you make a decision about your next house sit. We could also Skype, as I know it is important for you to see who you are talking to.
