I'm a reliable, capable and experienced house-sitter. As a home owner you more than likely seek those qualities in an individual. I specialise in long term house-sit arrangements.

Some of my past experience has included being a horseman, working with Quarter horses and Appaloosas. Qualified in Cranio-Sacral therapy including equines and canines.
Farm hand on a 3,600 acre property, carrying Aberdeen Angus, sheep, pigs, wheat and barley. Dog-breeder (Kelpies), truck-driver, footman-valet, Butler, writer, property manager, and qualified Coxswain. I keep myself fit and healthy with yoga and meditation.

Have worked in rural and remote areas, and am skilled in dealing with water restrictions and maintenance issues.

Maintenance and security are two important criteria for a home owner, and by keeping things secure and well organized; ensures your peace of mind. I have worked on large properties, and house-sat cattle and horse properties. General repairs are effected as a matter of course, and mail and other admin matters tallied.
