I have house sat on and off for many years and am an avid animal lover, have BOTH owned and also had house sitting experience with: dogs, cats, horses, chooks, birds, fish etc.

Clean, tidy, and have owned and managed many organic vegie patches and gardens.

Can clean and maintain pools.

I work from home.

Any home anywhere. My business basically runs itself, all I need do is check in with my manager once per day. My company builds and sells apps to local businesses via my sales team and also my website at lucrativeapps.

This means your house will not be left empty everyday and your pets will have company most of the day/night and not be left alone for hours every day.
** This does however mean I require house sits with broadband internet access and a reasonable bandwith limit. This rarely is an issue as it seems most people now a days have internet and usually 100gb or more.
Short house sits of a few days doesn't require internet but any longer than a few days will :)

As you can see by my pic I do have dreads which some people then automatically assume I am a druggy, hippy or tree hugger, or muso, when in fact Im none of those, if I was to classify myself into any box I would say I am a very quite guy that is probably closer to being a "computer nerd" than a hippy.
A girlfriend did my dreads for me as I was curious what it would be like, and now 18 months later I like them, as it seems to create a very relaxed rapport with everyone from children to grannies.

Except my own mum, she don't like them LOL.

I don't smoke or drink or do any type of drugs and due to a lots of moving around and travel I have very few close friends in Brisbane, they are all, scattered across australia so no wild parties or lots of friends coming to your house. A have a girlfriend and we're both quite and enjoy our quite lifestyle and each others company without needing lots of other people hanging around.
