Hi, I'm Carol, and my partner Wayne.

We previously lived in Artarmon, Sydney and retired to Brisbane 6 years ago. Our retirement projects in Brisbane have included renovations, landscaping and setting up an Airbnb. We recently sold and downsized and did a couple of housesits while waiting to move into our new home.

Our next availability is over Xmas December '23 to January '24 in Sydney, preferably eastern suburbs or lower north shore. My son (39 yrs) flies out from the UK every year to Sydney, and house sitting gives us the opportunity to spend some time with him (he will be staying in Bronte).

We will also be seeking assignments in or near London, UK from June '24.

We have done house-sitting in the past for various reasons, sometimes between moves, for friends, word of mouth, repeat requests, etc. I was fortunate to grow up with dogs and cats, and my children had a menagerie of pets while growing up.

House sitting and pet minding also gives us the opportunity to experience different environments - a home away from home - and to enjoy, love and experience animals and their little personalities (we are tragic You-Tube cat video watchers!).

We are quiet, non-smokers, and very occasionally have a glass of wine.
