More information about this house sitter

Experienced minders for house garden and pets. We have had return requests as we like to leave a house tidier and cleaner than we found it. As we are a retired couple we have time to do this. We can also attend to handyman chores if needed. We are interested in spending the summer in Adelaide or SA to do some sailing in our trailer sailer. Other interests include golf, walking, camping and bike riding. We plan travel into SA with our VW camper van soon.
- we always communicate any issues
- we replace anything we use in the kitchen with fresh items before we leave.
- We do our best to replace or repair any items that may fail during our use.
- we will engage qualified trades people where required for urgent repairs and communicate with you.
- we are willing to take on minor projects of repair jobs in the yard or garden.

A recent acquisition is the permanent care of a little doggy. Roxie is a 4.5kgm little terrier who gets on well with other dogs. Fully vaccinated and well trained to stay off the beds and furniture.
This makes it more difficult now to be available as house minders unless you consider Roxie can come with us.
