Hello! We are Richard & Lavinia, a 29 & 33 year old married couple born & raised in Perth, Western Australia. We are experienced house & pet sitters seeking opportunities to sit in our hometown around Richard's work schedule (more on that later!). We really love house and pet sitting as we ADORE animals of all kinds (both our childhood pets have passed) and we are patiently waiting for our own.

We are attentive, respectful, affectionate and always endeavour to leave the space cleaner than when we arrived. We are non smokers and non drinkers. Richard is a teacher and Lavinia is a work from home telehealth occupational therapist. We both have current Police Clearances and Working with Children Checks and can share these with you if you like.
We are highly committed to our housesits & pets and will communicate nearly daily with photos (if that is your preference) to help put your mind at ease. We also are more than happy to complete whatever chores are required to maintain your lovely space!

Richard has started his dream job as an international teacher overseas and we have leased out our 4 x 2 home whilst we are based elsewhere. We do really miss Perth however and love the holidays as an opportunity to catch up with loved ones. We're currently looking for housesitting opportunities during that time.

We know what it's like to entrust your home to others- as mentioned, our pride & joy in Perth is currently being leased. A promise was made to us- 'we'll treat the place like our own' and we can extend the exact same to you.
