Experienced housesitter, farm and stations. Ability to take care of specific home needs, including animals and livestock. Can cater to rural homes and
hobby farm properties.

About me: live by myself, 38yo female.
Loyal and trustworthy. Kind and knowledgeable.
Minimalist and organic (Where possible), pescatarian (fish meat only). I live sustainability including environmentally conscious, and enjoy gardening.
I come with Oodles ~ 2x & a Pomeranian x, all small (3kg - 10kg) dogs (who always are with me).
Specialising in horse care for 25 years.
Can perform Landscaping and house cleaning.
Station and farm cattle and livestock experience 5 years.

What I offer:
Specific requests can be negotiated and contracted/documented, at request and negotiated on.
Additionally, at request, daily, weekly etc live video calls with pets in-home.
If the owners have any other specific requests need only ask.

Professionally; I am educated with several degrees; Environmental Health and additionally Occupational health and safety Bach. I am continuing to study and have completed many other various certificates. House sitting allows me to concentrate on my knowledge and studies.

Police check available.

Presently I am able to work where there is reception from (a) home placements. With this I have flexibility to location and availably in the comming months, preferably SE Melbourne.

I will treat your home as if it was my own.

Longer duration sits will be my preference.

When choosing: I offer 1 video; an initial meet and greet over phone/computer.
If both myself and owner agree to go forward to an initial meet and greet face-to-face, I will come out to me the homeowners and request half the fuel costs are covered. No obligation at this point.
If all agree, I would be happy to initiate the house sit with a stay for up to a few days prior to the homeowners leaving, this will allow the animals to understand my presence; gain comfort; and allow me to establish a connection with them (animals) with the owners nearby. I believe this will make for a smooth transition, especially for older dogs/pets. This overlap will allow me to visualise how the owners care and feed their loved animal so I can duplicate this, hopefully reduced stress for any animal (and human) when their loved ones are on holidays/away.

If required, I agree to have bills and utilities into my named account for the duration of my sit. Any transfer fees associated I request will be onus of the owners. Otherwise I pay for all my usages on utilities. This may also be done indirectly via the home owners once they show me their bill for my stay period.

I am happy to look after owners older animals, all needs to be very specifically documented and these will be catered to word-for-word, time specified and any other fine detail.
As prior, owning an old dog and caring for old dogs this is not something that can be altered, even for a day. So I will take upmost care in these regards.
