I'm a mature female in my early 30s. I recently arrived back in Australia after 3 years in Dunedin, NZ, and am house sitting until I'm sure where I want to settle in my home town of Melbourne.
I work part time as a furniture maker in Fitzroy and I am very nearly finished a Human Nutrition degree at Latrobe - the final few subjects are able to be completed online which is really handy!
I adore pets and am good with them. I'm home a lot so they get loads of company and I love running and walking, which are activities that can only be improved by the company of a pup!
I am reliable and considerate. I'm often asked back by home owners to sit for them again - they're impressed at my respect for their home and my love for their pets!
I can happily provide phone numbers should you like to contact any of them!
I recognise that people have different requirements and expectations for their home and their pets, and I adapt accordingly.
I ride my bike to work if it's within 15km of Melbourne but I do have a car if a home is further out. Pets are welcome in my car if they like road trips! I'll sometimes take them on an adventure to the beach or similar if they're into that kind of thing!
I appreciate home owners opening their homes to people - although it's mutually beneficial I'm really grateful for a place to study and call home for a little while.
