After 6 years of sitting in the US / UK and AU, I have 53 Five-Star references on "trustedhousesitters".
I was raised in the New York City area; a home full of cats and dogs. Undergrad studies (psychology / sociology) brought me to Philadelphia where I lived for a dozen years...then to San Diego for 30+ years (I like the sun!!).
I am a former high school special education teacher and college theater arts instructor (MAs in both fields). Post education, I owned two bed and breakfasts in San Diego and created a not-for-profit theater organization for which I opened an intimate "black Box" theater.
I am gay, fit (non-smoker / no alcohol / yoga / vegan / hiking / swim), single and retired.
Since March '20, when all sits were halted, I have been house-sharing in Maylands between assignments. I'm VERY happily "stranded" in my second home, Perth!
