Family of 3 - Sandra , Leon and our 15 Year old Son Angus. Leon works full time with in the Mining Construction Industry for the last 16 years, Sandra a home maker and Angus at High School. We have 2 cats Maggie and Felix and can be accommodated else where if necessary or if able to take with us will provide a cat enclosure - (this would be preferable to us if possible.) As a family we are tidy/ clean, none smokers and too old to party all night anymore. Our son has a part-time job in Victoria point, so to stay close to this area would be convenient. Currently look after our 1/2 acre home (which has sold), with pool and garden, large sheds. Have lived in our home for 20 years and in the area of the Redlands all our lives. We are building currently at Birkdale and seeking to find somewhere to live from October/November 2021 (or Mid Feb 2022) to E.O. April 2022. We have a couple of options for move out date. Thank you!
