We are a fit, energetic adventurous couple who welcome the opportunity to assist you in your travel plans by taking good care of your house and/or pets.
I am a retired financial counsellor and John is a retired vocational educational consultant.
We have had a lab, Sandi, and a cat(who thought she was a dog) Cleo. Both have gone to pet heaven but we still get plenty of dogsitting time through our grandpuppies - Pablo a 5yo spoodle and Charlie a 3yo cavoodle.
We also have done a couple of “friends of friends” caring: an ancient golden retriever Sam and golden lab Jessie and a black lab Jazzy on various occasions. We also have had backyard chooks for the last 14 years.
In March 2020 we combined housesitting with a visit to one of our sons who lives in Freshwater in Sydney for 12 days. We looked after 18yo Murphy, a spoodle requiring daily medication and lots of tlc and a cat, Susie.
We have done a housesit in Moriac for Maggie a gentle giant retriever, Jessie the food crazy black furball and several chooks.
We are neat and tidy and would be happy doing basic garden/pool maintenance.
We both have Victorian police checks.
