We are an Australian couple who have been travelling extensively over the past four years, both in Australia and overseas, primarily using housesitting. We have a lot of experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, poultry, and smaller fur friends, both through housesitting and with pets of our own in the past. We also have experience taking care of plants long-term and love getting into the garden. We are clean, respectful, quiet, and reliable.

Our interests include cooking, reading, music, art and travel. We are non-smokers, and come with a LOT of five-star reviews (please also see our photos for some screenshots of reviews from other sitting sites). More references and reviews available upon request!

Originally from Tasmania, we are also local to Melbourne (when in Oz). Lesley is a book editor and Joe is a writer, poetry editor and musician. We both work from home - wherever we are in the world - and so are available during the day and night to keep your beloved animals happy and relaxed, and your home secure.

In every housesit, our priority is to make sure that both your animals and you are happy and comfortable while you travel; we are great communicators and send through updates and photos as often as you'd like, and we are very experienced in helping animals of every disposition adjust as quickly and smoothly as possible during our stay. (Did I hear you say 'Treats!'?)

We also have experience with administering medical care (including giving oral, respiratory, topical, and subcutaneous medicine, and with bandaging, cones, and vet visits).*

We're basically friendly, trustworthy and reliable people, and will take great care of your beloved pets and your home!
